Who’s Behind It
David Ethridge is a licensed real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience in California and more recently in Florida. He has been doing transaction coordination work since 2011 and from 2016 to 2025 served as the Operations Manager for a top-producing husband/wife agent team in Long Beach, CA.
In that role, David built and managed the systems, workflows, and administrative infrastructure that allowed a high-volume team to operate efficiently and professionally at scale. That means he has seen firsthand what it takes to run a real estate business well — and what happens when the back-office support isn’t there.
He brings that same operational depth to every client at Agent Services Group.
The Team
Agent Services Group operates with a small, focused team assembled around each client’s needs. Depending on the services you engage, your support may include:
- A dedicated marketing manager overseeing content creation, social media execution, and email marketing
